  • Purchase of Index Number/Filing Summons for Divorce : $210.00
    (This is paid upon filing of your first document, beginning your divorce)
  • Request for Judicial Intervention and Note of Issue: $130.00
    (Documents necessary to have your case assigned to a Judge)
  • Certificate of Dissolution: $5.00
    (Document filed with the Department of Public Health by the Court)
  • Certified Judgment of Divorce: Cost varies by County
    (A true copy of your divorce decree)

    • Application for Poor Person Status can be made to the Court. 
    If you qualify for such status, the Court will waive the Filing Fees in your case.
